Intro to Relational Health Lab
The Intro Lab is the first step on your journey to living life relationally well. This LIVE four session, highly interactive small group mini-lab will introduce you to 3 key skills that will immediately begin to transform your relationships and prepare you for the next step in your relational growth.
*Completion of the Intro Lab is required prior to beginning the Relational Co-Lab Journey.

GROUP INTRO LABS
Private Intro Labs are for Groups, Communities, Churches, Leadership Teams and Businesses.
We are able to offer these live online for four consecutive weeks, or as an in-person workshop*.
Labs are highly interactive. Large groups will be separated into smaller groups of 6-8, each led by a Table & Well Facilitator.
Intro Labs are offered for free. A minimum donation/offering of $50 per person is requested to help cover costs and mentor time investment.
*Completion of the Intro Lab is required prior to beginning a Group Co-Lab.
*In-person workshops are known as Relational Immersions. They include two interactive teaching sessions and a Table over a meal. Venue, refreshments, and Table meal must be covered for all participants. Travel, lodging, and meals for all Facilitator’s (one per 6-8 people) must be covered, in addition to a requested donation/offering to cover mentor time investment.
