EVERYTHING with respect to our relational conflicts, urges, and cravings will turn out better once our Relational Circuits are ON. So how do we get our Relational Circuits back to humming when we find them OFF or DIM?
One way to get your RCs turned back on is by quieting. This week try:
😌 Taking three slow, deep breaths
😌 Finding a place of solitude
😌 Remembering moments when people were glad to be with you, or you were glad to be with them (pictures are great for this and can be especially helpful when you are triggered by someone)
