Lots of prayers, I find I need times outside, or in quiet places where I can feel and process my emotions and thoughts; exercising and movement helps too.

When I do that, as I’m talking, I will start to see the truth, and when I begin to see it that begins to set me free.

I erased it again by mistake. The first choice for me is to sit with the Lord quietly rest in him, and then he takes away. Whatever lie in my heart is causing me to get stressed and he replaces it with wisdom and truth, and I return to ease and stasis.

 but sometimes the best thing for me to do is to speak with a friend who I really trust and whom I can tell the whole story, not asking them to agree with me, but expecting them to really hear my heart because they know me

Spending time out in nature is a big destressor for me. Also I like listening to heavy music, such as drum 'n bass or metal; something that gets my body moving to the beat. Cooking food can also help me destress, as I'm focused on making something enjoyable, then I get to taste the fruit of my labor afterwards!
