God has given us the tools in our design to return to joy. Here are some key steps in the process:
Acknowledge what’s happening
Identify and voice what’s true about what’s happening around you
Validate the emotion you’re feeling
Move toward gratitude, appreciation and listening to Jesus
Re-route back to joy
