Satisfaction is defined as:
The fulfillment of one’s wishes, expectations, or needs—or the pleasure derived from that fulfillment.
Having a sense of satisfaction at the end of every day is something we should desire and something need to experience.
At the end of your day, or when you finish a project, activity, or conversation:
Take a deep breath
Pause for a few minutes to reflect on the day or an experience
Then ask yourself -- Did that feel satisfying? Why or Why not?
