Who are you rooted with?

Writer: Tennison Barry IITennison Barry II

In one of our recent Co-Labs, someone had a great explanation of identity as being deeply rooted.

When we know we are deeply connected with God and others, we can understand our value in the context of belonging. Our identity becomes a barometer for the communities we’re in. As we are secure in our individual identities, it elevates the value of the whole community. We are rooted ourselves, and we are rooted for others.

Who are you rooted with? Is your identity contributing to the health of your community?

If you have trouble answering those questions, we would love to help you find community and learn to connect well. Learn how to be deeply rooted and support your community in our free Intro to Relational Health Lab. Register in the Grow tab on the Table & Well app or send a friend to tableandwell.org/intro for more information.
