Whether you're in your 20s or 70s, single or married, raising kids or leading a team, Co-Labs will help you uncover the relational paradigms that have shaped how you show up, and guide you into new ways of being and doing that empower you to lead your inner world well, connect deeply with God, and build strong, healthy relationships in your family, workplace, community and beyond.

1

Feeling stuck—wanting more in your relationships, but unsure how to get there?

Whether it's marriage tension, parenting stress, loneliness, church hurt, or simply wanting to take your 'good' relationships to great, real change doesn't come by trying harder. It comes by doing relationships differently.

  • Learn how to respond with presence rather than self-protection.

  • Discover why satisfaction is essential, and how to experience more of it!

  • Explore how your attachment style shapes your view of love, and grow a more secure attachment with God.

2

What do you do when trust is broken, or emotions run too big?

When relationships break down or emotions erupt, most of us are unsure how to respond well in the moment. Without the right tools, conflict escalates, trust erodes, and even seemingly strong relationships can begin to fall apart.

  • Increase your ability to regulate emotions, and help others do the same.

  • Learn how to release the weight of shame.

  • Develop the skills to repair relational ruptures, navigate conflict well, and rebuild trust that lasts.

Tired of belonging being based on your performance?

We all have a deep need to belong. But acceptance shouldn't require having to sacrifice our true selves. Real belonging begins when it's safe to remove the masks, and show up as fully, authentically, powerfully you!

  • Become a safe, steady presence in your relationships.

  • Grow in your identity, and show up as your authentic self in any environment.

  • Begin to live and lead relationally well, contributing to the health of your family, workplace, or community.
