appreciation, and through intentional times of quiet and rest. Here's a challenge to help you grow and fill your joy well this week....
Do something fun!
Go out for a light-hearted coffee, ice cream, a meal, a walk, star gaze, picnic, bowling,
etc. Or stay in and play a board game, share a favorite story, or play 20 questions.
Document it!
Before the time is over, snap a selfie and add it to your Joy Album on your smart phone or computer.
Reflect & Remember
When the time is over, take a moment to quiet and internally reflect on the time you
experienced together. Refer back to the picture in your photo album next time you need to return to joy.
